Cancellation Policy
To ensure each client receives dedicated time and care, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the full service charge.
