Cancellation Policy To provide every guest with a quality one on one experience, a non refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the final service total. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. Same day cancellations and no shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. Thank you for respecting my time, artistry, and scheduling. Your support is truly appreciated.
